The role
What Ambassadors Do
- Show up at events and races as a HIVE representative
- Run a community club or activation in your city | weekly
- Share your training journey authentically on social media
- Refer athletes to THE HIVE and support their onboarding
- Provide honest feedback to help us grow the program
- Commit to a 1-year term
This role is designed for outgoing athletes who want to build community, chase their own goals, and work alongside our coaching team to make it happen.
⚠ Non-Compete Notice
HIVE Ambassadors may not operate their own active coaching business targeting endurance athletes during their ambassadorship term. This ensures our athletes receive clear, undivided coaching direction. If you currently coach clients, please reach out before applying — we may be able to discuss a coach partnership instead.
